The room and bathroom was clean. No TV. No hot water. But it was good. I just needed for sleep 1 night. Very reasonable price!.

Get the entrance code BEFORE arriving
Getting in was horrible. You need instructions to get in the property, which I only received after 1.5 hours and multiple phone calls to Hotel.com. Supposedly the property is new on the platform, so not sure who dropped the ball on the instructions, hopefully they'll get it fixed. One checked in, everything was fine. The place isn't as nice as the photos, no AC, and some street noise (cars). That said, yes there was hot water, internet was fine, the layout was eclectic and fairly cool. The location was excellent, and the price was ok. Just make sure you have the entrance code & instructions BEFORE arriving, and it will be a pretty ok stay. Also, if the weather is good, longer stays will probably be pretty cool, given the kitchen, yoga, restaurant, and other at the Hostel
My stay here was far from being great, and I am appalled by the conditions of this property.
Disgusting bathroom: The shower reeked of urine the second I turned it on—a clear sign the floors are never properly cleaned.
Suffocating room size & heat: The room is very small, and the heat this season was unbearable. Two pathetic little fans (one ceiling fan and one on the nightstand) did absolutely nothing to cool the suffocating box of a room.
Useless water pressure: The shower water pressure is pathetic and barely trickles out, making it impossible to even take a proper shower.
Filthy kitchenware: The kitchen utensils and pots are completely disgusting, caked in thick, rock-hard grease that is impossible to clean. They need to be thrown in the trash immediately.
Repulsive stove: The stove and range hood were absolutely filthy, plastered in thick grease and grime from top to bottom.
Dangerous structural decay: This place is literally falling apart. The ceiling in the main hall actually collapsed a little during my stay—a horrifying safety hazard that proves the owners completely neglect basic maintenance.
