I enjoyed the location it was amazing and extremely close to everything in Guadalajara Centro. Price was an average all around. What I did not liked at all was some of the reception staff never acknowledged when we walked up to the desk they always on the computer would never say “I’ll be right with you” or “how may we assist you” I would stand there waiting to be acknowledged and nothing. So I would have to be the one that would have to ask “disculpe tengo una pregunta?” Another thing that I did not like at all where the beds online the pictures they show are not what you will get. To me is concidered false advertisement!!! When I asked the reception and showed her the pictures her answer to me was we Do Not offer those rooms online. Then why show them off as part of the advertisement!

This place is creepy. The walls were really thin and you can hear everything! Heard screams and doors slamming in the middle of the night. The WiFi was non existent in my room. Good thing my bf was with me other wise I would have not stayed alone. If you’re into the creepy vibe this might be for you. The whole time I felt like a little Girl was gonna run thru the halls. Like fr creepy.

The Wi-Fi at this property was not good at all.the shower took about 7 minutes for the water to get hot had to let the water run until then.only had 2 shower towels and one hand towel guess afraid of them getting stolen. The tv volume was set so you could not put to loud so a lot of the stations we could not hear. We were on the first floor on Thursday and Friday they had a gentleman playing the piano in the lobby which was nice but could not here the tv at all now in our room.every day in order to get back into our room we had to come to the lobby to reactivate our room key did not remember on some days didn’t remember so had to go back down stairs to lobby.worst of all every day at 10 pm there was loud music echoing throughout the hotel until 3 am. I could not sleep the whole time Asked the desk clerk about the music at first he pretended he did not know what we were talking about then said it’s not us there is another hotel attached to ours.there is not. In our last night there was finally able to sleep after music ended at 4 am some female started screaming and yelling for George then started slamming the room door 12 times then went quiet then started again the screaming yelling and crying and the door slamming another 7 times worst trip to Mexico we ever experienced. So if you don’t mind all this stay here.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Room was very small as well as the bathroom.Mold on the wall around the air conditioning unit. TV never worked . Very noisy. Also don’t buy tours from them. The front desk girl convinced us to purchase a night tour from them. She claimed it was from 8-12. The driver detoured to show some people Christmas lights in some neighborhood (this was not part of the tour) we were starting to feel unsafe because we did not know where we were and it was not until my husband to him to return us to the hotel immediately . We ended up at the hotel at 3:30 AM !!!

The place is simple and clean for just sleeping. Its not 4 star like it claims. Walls are thin and it can be noisy at times. Some of the staff are not friendly and very noisy going about there business. At times there was no hot water. You pay for what you get.

The place was very central in the city and had a beautiful lobby and courtyard. The room was clean and spacious for 4 adults in 2 queen beds. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. We awkwardly clogged the toilet and talked to the lobby staff who were prompted to bring us a plunger (we did it ourselves). We also asked for extra towels and got them delivered to our room within minutes. Overall I would stay here again.

The front staff are not very friendly. I emailed them ahead of time asking if they worked with a local tour company for activities, they responded that they didn’t have any recommendations or worked with tour companies. When I arrived, it turned out that they had a whole stand for local activities. They weren't helpful when we asked about local places to eat, get laundry done etc saying they just didn't know. The cleaning staff was amazing, they were kind and did a superb job with cleaning our room.
