I chose this hotel because it is around the block from the viejo bus station. There is an Oxxo nearby. I didn't see any roaches in the room and the toilet and shower worked well. It was fairly quiet at night except for some occasional talking heard from the reception area. There is no A/C and the only window opens to the hallway with no screen. It would probably be hot and humid in the warmer months. Temp was OK in December. I only stayed one night and went to a hotel closer to the Historic district for the rest of my time in Guadalajara.

muy buen hotel dentro de las espectativas nada mas que las camas muy duras parecian de piedra y ofrecieron cafe de 6 a 10 y nunca tenian cafe ni galletas teniendo que ir a otro lugar a comprar huelen a humedad a encerrado un aromatizante les haria bien

La ubicacion es conveniente porque esta junto a la vieja estacion de autobuses. Pero la zona no es muy bonita. No creo que sea bueno salir de noche.

LA UBICACIÓN NO ES BUENA, EN LAS HABITACIONES SE ESCUCHA TODO DE LOS CUARTOS DE AL LADO. ME TOCO HUÉSPEDES QUE NO RESPETABAN, AL HABLAR MUY FUERTE NO DEJABAN DORMIR. EN EL BAÑO HABÍA FUGA DE AGUA Y EL PISO TENIA QUE ESTARLO SECANDO. EN LA RECEPCIÓN TE PIDEN DEJAR LA LLAVE DEL CUARTO CADA VEZ QUE SALGAS (COSA QUE CAUSA UN POCO DE DESCONFIANZA PUES PUEDEN REVISAR TUS COSAS CUANDO NO ESTAS) NO TODOS LOS CANALES EN LA TELEVISIÓN SE VEÍAN. El peor hotel de mi vida

Este hotel es el peor que me hospedado, no se dejen angañar, no tiene estacionamiento y al dejar el auto en la calle te lo desvalijan, y el hotel no se hace responsable ni te avisa, por otro lado los de expedia te cobran una fortuna, a mi me cobraron 2960 pesos por 9 personas, no habia las habitaciones que reserve y nos acomodaron en unas que estaban remodelando, muy feas y sin las condiciones que promete la pagina, estoy muy decepsionado con expedia, pues ni te dan oportunidad de cancelar al ver las condiciones tan deplorables en que se encuentra el hotel. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA, NO LO RECOMIENDO NI A LA PAGINA.

No parking.recepcionist so rude...i booked 5 min before arriving...at the location receptionist stated that the parking was 5 blocks away...imposible for me to walk..do to a feet injury...i requested to get a refund to go look for another place w parking ..and they refused..so sad..it was a terrible experience

Great hotel for price

It's a great hotel for the price. The area is dangerous after dark, we were told, but we didn't have any problems. Just don't walk around after dark. The hotel doesn't have an AC, which isn't bad since the city isn't too hot. They have ceiling fans though

Great for the price!

The street does not look like a good area, but I can say it was a great stay very quiet and clean not top quality but it was good the water was hot and I had no issues at all will stay again great price!

El servicio es cálido. Agua caliente y un espacio

Un mochilero cualquiera se quedaría conforme con agua caliente y wifi. Es un lugar cómodo. Amable y bastante barato. Con la condición de que se encuentra en una zona de alto riesgo y peligro. Sobre todo por las noches. No recomiendo pasear con artículos de valor.

Hotel agradable y céntrico

Tomando en cuenta calidad/precio fue todo lo que esperaba y más. Dejando de lado que casi no tenían nada del menú no importo, pues yo buscaba un sitio donde dormir, sentirme cómodo y seguro. Aspectos en los que no tengo queja alguna. El personal siempre fue amable y me daban consejos sobre como andar en la ciudad. Me fui con ganas de regresar a la ciudad y hospedarse en el mismo hotel.
