I had a great experience during my stay in Guadalajara. The area was very safe and quiet, which gave me peace of mind, especially at night. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I really appreciated how close it was to local restaurants and shops, yet still felt like a calm retreat. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The pool area is nice and was not very busy. Room was small but functional and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was too expensive with many a la carte options very close at far lower cost. Uber to the downtown core was only $80 to 100 pesos.

Very clean rooms and grounds, close to La Gran Plaza mall with great shopping and lots of restaurants, 3 minute walk. Very nice pool and pool area with nice landscaping, greenery and flowering bushes. Good buffet. If night noise bothers you, bring earplugs, many of the train’s night whistles are really loud. Would stay again 🌞

This was my first time staying in a hotel in Mexico and it was better than I expected. Staff was nice, the room service was great, the parking is convenient, and it’s next to a mall which is great for dining. My only complaint would be the shower head was messed up but we were still able to use it. Overall I highly recommend.

Maintenance did not clean the room! There was trash left in the ice bucket, stains on the bed sheets and bath towels, drinks left inside the mini fridge from previous people. Another thing to add, theres a train that passes by the hotel and honks so loud. At night theres multiple trains that pass and they honk their horns even more. Almost seems on purpose to wake people up. So much to say, i only slept 4 hours. Parking is super tight and not many spaces to park. The outside area is nice but all these things makes me not want to ever stay here again.

It’s conveniently located with a shopping mall with a movie theater next door. The restaurant on site is a good option if not wanting to leave the property. Plenty of other restaurants nearby also. The hotel is clean and for the most part a comfortable stay. The only complaint I would have is that there are nearby train tracks with noisy trains that pass at night. My stay was on a Wednesday. Not sure if they are a nightly event.
