The room was fine. TV service was kind of tricky. Bathroom OK, but WC was kind of slow and or kind of clogged. I reported it.

For the price you can’t go wrong. I would stay again there. I bit noise from the strrets but solved the issue with ear plugs.

Realmente bueno
Limpieza, atencion, comodidad, instalaciones y precio. Un hotel bueno que tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable y comodidad.lo unico malo es la ubicacion en una zona que de noche esta muerta,pero el hotel en si es totalmente recomendable.

Reservamos una habitación con una cama, sin avisar ni nada el de la recepción la cambió. Alrededor de la 1:00am habla recepción para pedirnos que dejáramos de hacer ruido, solo estábamos mi esposa y yo ya acostados viendo televisión. El ruido venía de otra habitación (llegamos del 7eleven y se escuchaba la plática), pero con la mano en la cintura y sin argumentos nos acusó. Cuando empiezan las habitaciones a despejarse se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo. Cuarto limpio pero camas muy duras. Pésima experiencia. No nos cambiamos de hotel solo porque era batallar más ya en la madrugada.

I loved the paintings and design. The staff is constantly fighting even with the manager. Covid-19 precautions are not in place since they were not wearing masks. Maids are totally unprofessional. Poor interactions between staff & guests. I would definitely not recommend it at all.

They need better mattress our backs hurt a lot. Other than that everything was very good for the price.

Nice location but disappointing stay.
Sink in the bathroom was dirty, stained shower, toilet was loose, dirty or stained sheets, beds were wobbly, not too comfortable, loose floor tiles, very noisy or sound proofing not good, staff attitude was hit and miss, very little parking space on property. Wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a good stay overall. The rooms are confortable and pretty. It's been a while since Ive stayed in a hotel where they don't charge for water in the room, this one didn't, it was a nice surprise. Free wifi for all your devices and of fair speed. Free parking. Excelent price. I would come back, its great value. Things I didn’t like: there is a hole covered with a door kind of the same style of furniture, but it’s open and can’t be closed so it was kind of creepy watching the pipes and knowing that breech of privacy was possible. The key card deactivated daily and had to go all the way to the lobby every day. The garage is open during the day, but at night you must get off your car and interrupt the clerks who are always watching TV and hate to be bothered. At check in, they didn’t have change so they asked me to return the next day. I did and had to 3 different times more before they could give me my change and also took their time to get it. At check out, the lady was rude, she asked me for the remotes, which I had left in the room and her face changed like she was really pissed and didn’t say another word. So there I was wondering if it was okay to leave or not since my stay was already payed. 5 minutes later I dared to ask “is there anything else?” THEY ARE CHECKING. Haha. It was just awkward. Also, no safe box in the room. Nothing was stolen but still.

The lobby was clean, and the staff was friendly, but the room was not clean. I found hairs that were not mine on the bed, the bathroom sink was not as clean as it could be, there was some type of powder (looked like makeup) dropped on the floor and other details I noticed. I requested for a new room and the front staff quickly moved me to another room. The new room was clean and up to standards. I would give this place 3 stars, it's okay, but not great. Good place if your stay will be brief.

La cama estaba sucia, preferí acostarme con ropa y poner una playera en la almohada. El estacionamiento estaba lleno y es una pesadilla sacar tu camioneta, es perfecto pasa carros muy muy pequeños.

Small and then again small 😊
Room was very clean and basic. Very small and so small only a double size bed would fit. No closet and had to use suitcase to store clothes. Bathroom was clean and shower nice size. No counter space for toiletries but a small metal tray to put basic toiletries in. If you are looking for economy and a bed go for it. Spend a little more and get a lot more 😊.

Housekeeping and staff have not regard for their guests rest. When cleaning time begins (very early) their equipment, actions and especially voices are heard as if they are in the room with you. Yelling at coworkers down the hall in front of guests doors is not a problem to them. Lastly, stained dirty sheets. Nothing more to say.

Not sure why such a small hotel needs three young gossiping boys at the front counter...while I was waiting for room at lobby they were engaged in gossip...offering guest a glass of water while waiting would have been more appreciated than having to sit there and watch them engage in small talk/gossip with each other...
