Worst place to stay in the world I was there for two hours and I decided to rent another hotel. The room was dirty the area around was terrible I don't know how Expedia offers this kind of dangerous hotel not recommended for families it was scary and people staying here looks like they live here and they were so loud and there were fights inside and outside the hotel

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They have a roach infestation, bed bug infestation, smells like industrial paint and cigarettes. Nothing works and terrible service. False advertisement, looks nothing like the pictures.

There is nothing unique about this place. It is horrid. We walked into our room and literally ran out of there. The neighborhood is one of the sketchiest in Guadalajara. Not what the pictures show at all! The bed sheets were stained with blood the bathroom had no water the hallway was not lit up. It was dark and scary to be honest. The desk clerk was totally unprofessional and not interested in my concerns. Please don’t advertise places like these!’

Ese no es hotel, es una jaula de ratas, donde fuman marihuana, las instalaciones son terribles y fatales, Expedia debería de inspeccionar y darle de baja a esa porquería de hotel, por favor viajeros nunca se hospedan en esa jaula de estafadores, ese servicio es una estafa, yo no me hospedé en ese nido de sinvergüenzas.

No me pude quedar, tuve que irme a otro hotel porque lo noté demasiado inseguro y feo. La habitación no estaba tan mal pero el ambiente del hotel era de bajo mundo, totalmente. No había agua en el baño, la habitación olía a pintura, mi cuarto no tenía cortina, mi puerta no tenía manija y era complicado abrirla y cerrarla, además de que la parte donde se aseguraba la chapa estaba dañada y se sentía vulnerable, y música desagradable se escuchaba muy fuerte en mi cuarto, no sé si venía de otra habitación del hotel o de otra edificación cercana. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida con hoteles feos, no volvería jamás a este hotel.

Mi opinión va a ser sobrepedia por mentir sobre lo que ofrece gran hotel galerías estaba en una zona donde había prostitución de hecho dentro de las escaleras habían mujeres prostituyéndose los cuartos no tenían llave vidrios tenían cucarachas estaba sucio olía sucio y está en una zona donde venden droga cancelé espere se comprometió de 7 a 10 días hacer mi reembolso y me envía al hotel y el hotel dice quedia no pagó nada a ellos. Sigo esperando mi reembolso por parte de Xperia quien fue quien me cobró y se canceló nunca habité ese hotel

Terrible. No lo recomiendo ni una sola noche. No tiene agua en el lavabo, en la tasa del baño. Nada que ver la fotografías que muestran con la realidad. Tienes que dejar $100 de anticipo para que puedas salir con la llave del cuarto. Te piden que guardes silencio aún que vayas solamente platicando en la noche. Las camas no son para nada cómodas. En lo personal no lo recomiendo ni una sola noche, ya que no cubre ni los servicios básicos.
