Staff was amazing. Our room did not seem to be cleaned properly. Upon check in a tissue by the bed. The sheets were wrinkled as if they didn’t change the bed. The toilet was dirty.

It’s a greate place clean access to everything like restaurants safe area the only thing I notice was that the rooms don’t have any ports to charge your phone or easy outlets. For being a business hotel it needs to update its technology access like charging stations

Great Stay

I visited Guadalajara for a medical procedure on my back. I chose this property due to the proximity to the medical clinic. My wife snd I were impressed with the condition, location and helpful and friendly attitude of the staff. The included breakfast was top notch with many choices and daily alterations. The surrounding area was clean handy and dotted with a plethora of international restaurants.
