The space

The apartment sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms with two beds and two bathrooms - a layout that works well for couples traveling together, small families, or a group of friends. Natural light filters through the interiors, creating a bright and easy atmosphere that suits both quick visits and longer stays. Room-darkening shades, a safe, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets are all on hand to keep things comfortable from the moment you arrive.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - you'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, barbecue utensils, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you need. A dining table provides a proper spot to gather for meals, whether that's a quick breakfast before heading out to a match or a relaxed dinner in.



Living & workspace

The living area includes a TV and fast, reliable Wifi - and for guests working remotely, there's a dedicated workspace ready to use. The apartment also features a private entrance and self check-in via keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule without any fuss.



Sleeping & bathrooms

Both bedrooms are set up with bed linens, hangers, and clothing storage. Two full bathrooms are stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - so there's no need to pack the basics.

Parking is available both in the garage on premises and on the street, free of charge. A laundromat is also conveniently nearby for longer stays. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.
