The actual hotel was extremely COLD, but overall the hotel, food, staff were great!! We got water bottles everyday and a clean room everyday too. One thing that I probably miss read was that it had laundry but it has laundry service and we all know how much that cost $$ but I give this hotel a FIVE STAR all the way.. Jesus and Sara

The place is run down, smells HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, very humid, musty, mildew, moldy. Rooms are hot. Immediately after exiting the elevator you can smell the stench. The service was great and they were very understanding with my daughters medical condition to cancel our reservation at no charge.
