Motel chain acquired by Marriott. Only has the Marriott name, but they’re not familiar with Marriott benefits and/or policies. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English. Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel in a great location, but overcharges by using the name Marriott.

When closing my room door I discovered that applying a small amount of pressure to the “closed and locked” door resulted in it opening easily. I informed the front desk and I was told maintenance would check it out. I returned to my room late evening only to discover nothing had been done. So much for safe and secure accommodations.

Cuando llegamos a la habitación la regadera estaba llena de cabello y no nos cambiaron ni el shampoo ni el acondicionador. Bajamos a recepción para mencionarles lo que pasó y encargamos mucho que nos limpiaran la regadera mientras saliamos. Al regresar, aunque habían limpiado la habitación no le pusieron atención alguna a la regadera. Seguía con cabello y no nos cambiaron las botellas. Esto verdaderamente me da la sensación de que no cambian ni las colchas ni las sabanas cuando termina una reservación e inicia otra. Muy desagradable.

Es un hotel muy conveniente por ubicación y cercanía a la zona de corporativos. Buenos espacios públicos para el desayuno y para trabajar. El único detalle importante a mejorar el la falta de elevador del estacionamiento al lobby, es complicado subir con equipaje por escaleras, a las cuales también se les debe ajustar la iluminación para que enciendan con mayor anticipación.

Sólo tenía una persona para hacer el check in y éramos 10 en la fila, tardamos más de media hora para poder ingresar. Desastroso Por lo demás no vi problemas, la regadera no sale el agua, como debe ser. Tiene buena ubicación en silencioso

Todo excelente, solamente el check in un poco lento pero muy amable la persona que nos atendio, en la mañana nos toco ama de llaves comentando que la habitacion de aparecia desocupada que si podia pasar, se le comento que no por que estabamos descansando imagino fue error interno pero nada grave solo deben poner mas atencion a eso

Pagué por habitación doble para descansar después de 7 horas de manejo…llego y me dan un upgrade con solo una cama y un sofá cama, el cual estaba súper incómodo, así es que descansaron mis familiares pero yo nada, aunque le expliqué al de recepción que yo ya había pagado la habitación, de nada me sirvió el upgrade a suite si no pude dormir bien.
