The property was safe, secure, and the staff was excellent. Did not have a swimming pool, which I thought would’ve been better however had a in facility restaurant that the selection was not that great, but the food was amazing.

This property is extremely clean quiet the sheets were Chris and fresh. The room smelled wonderful. The bathroom was clean. Amenities were provided. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant was wonderful staff with excellent wanted to stay another night, but I had to catch a flight.

Very clean, courteous staff, excellent room conditions with all the amenities they announced. Only bad think in our experience, the room they assigned to us was in front of the Carretera Chapala so all night long we were hearing the heavy trucks, noisy traffic, it was hard to sleep with that noise.

The hotel is lovely, and i hope it will be better once the construction of the roads is over, however im giving a 3 star for the following reazons: No reparation for power outages and staffing, knowing the possible risks that a construction project may cause the phonelines where down and i was not informed at check-in, multiple power outages did not find a flash light in the room, mo heads up at check-in of an issue that apparently happen occasionally. The shuttle service was not available due to the not having a driver, did alternatives , Im giving 👏 and 5 stars )]pp]to the staff in to the restaurant , the were busy and did amazing with their urgency to get my order ready and delivery to my room, although the lady at the counter had adviced me 1hr wait or more, the delivery was faster than

We thought this hotel was excellent for a short overnight stay. It was very quiet at least the room we had #525. Back of the property away from the highway. No aircraft noise during the night. Restaurant on the property offers an adequate menu and service. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit dodgy. You don't want to be walking anywhere at night but there isnt really anything to walk to.
