Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
So there are no amenities in the room or hotel, not even soap by the sink, coffee or water, but the hotel itself is very nice just don't go outside, not the cleanest neighborhood, so sad!!
The property is old but has been renovated and is modern but rooms have no ac. But a fan. A very loud fan that keeps the room ventilated. Rain did seep in from the windows a little. Overall I liked it. Would stay again. I loved the showers very chic. And mo
Horrible .awful place. scare at night my children, my mother and I could not sleep, we only lasted one night, a terrible night. The worst and old hotel I have ever been in for a night of horror they charge 100 dollars. the floor was completely dirty a total disgust.
Pictures are a bit misleading. Property was very warm, AC’s didn’t work enough to cool room. No windows in the room, mattress was not the most comfortable and the pillows had a slight smell. Water jug was never filled, but one time, that was because housekeeping saw us arrive earlier than usual. No bottle waters, hairdryer, iron, toilet paper was hardly restocked. Morning person of the reception was friendly but the one in the evening was not the friendliest. It is central which is good, but maybe some other hotels with the same central advantages could be best. I was so warm every single night. Ceiling fan and AC wasn’t good. Floors never seems all that clean. Another con - no elevators. We had to haul luggage up four flights of stairs with zero help. Overall, I didn’t get what I thought I paid for. Would I stay here again - no. Still needs a lot of upgrades for it to be a more hospitable.
