Welcome to the Loisenhof Holiday Rentals on Lake Chiemsee. Our part-time farm, with its arable fields and lush green meadows, is situated in a beautiful, open location. The beautiful Chiemsee beach is 700 metres away. Many biking and hiking trails lead directly from the farm through a stunning landscape. Three very well-equipped holiday apartments in the main house, each with a large, furnished east- or southeast-facing balcony. All three holiday apartments feature two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a hair dryer, and satellite TV. The apartments also feature a spacious entryway, and the “Sonntagshorn” apartment additionally has a small living room. The “Hochfelln” apartment features a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and couch. There are two holiday apartments in the adjacent building. The well-equipped “Steinplatte” holiday apartment on the 1st floor, with a large furnished southeast-facing balcony, features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room with a dining area, couch, and satellite TV. The “Hochgern” holiday rental on the ground floor, with a very large furnished terrace, features a bedroom with a double bed, a combined living room and bedroom with two daybeds and a TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area.<br> The new, bright, and very high-quality “Sonntagshorn” holiday apartment measures 85 square metres and features two bedrooms with double beds; one of them also includes a sofa bed. There is also a small living room with a TV, as well as a workspace in the bright entryway. The spacious kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a large dining set. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and towel warmer. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The furnished southeast-facing balcony extends across the entire width of the house, offering a beautiful view over our orchard towards the Chiemgau Alps.<br> Here, you’re away from the hustle and bustle, yet just 700 metres from the beach. A bakery with a small EDEKA supermarket is located about 700 metres away. Beautiful hiking and biking trails lead you directly from the property through stunning countryside. The boat dock in Gstadt is about 3 km away; from there, you can reach Fraueninsel and Herreninsel. An excellent starting point for hiking, biking, or sightseeing. Numerous excursion options in the immediate vicinity.
