"The location was great. Near the train station. My 3 brothers and I stayed there. We were our touring Vienna all day long and got back at midnight. "Pros: Das Zimmer war super für meinen Mann als Rollstuhlfahrer. Frühstück super Klasse. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut und unkompliziert vom Gasthaus unten abzuholen. Wir durften im Zimmer essen. Das war spitze. Cons: Einziger minimaler Punkt, in unserem Fall - jammern auf hohem Niveau - Vorder- und Hintereingang haben eine Stufe. Vorne rein, hinten raus, ging gut. Mit einer kleinen Rampe wäre alles komplett behindertengerecht und ein Traum für jeden Rollstuhlfahrer."

"I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Coffee / tea making facilities were provided. The hotel Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you"
