- The Blue House is a beautiful two-bedroom, one-bath house. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room is very spacious, with a couch, chair, recliner, and a 65” flat-screen TV on the wall. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have 40’ TVs mounted on the wall. The cottage has a private concrete patio out back, perfect for relaxing after a long day of excitement. There is a firepit and Blackstone grill available for use on the patio.

The home was super clean and smelled wonderful. The beds are comfy too. Communication with the owner was fabulous. We’d definitely stay there again.
As far as closeness to the ATV trails. It’s about 2.5 miles from trail one. Super easy to get to.

Easy access, close to gas station/walmart/grocery store. Communication was fast and easy.
Beds were really comfy.
Loved the pillows on the kind bed.
Ceiling fans and tvs in each room make for a comfy stay.
Extra towels and blankets.
Fast wifi
Lots of parking.
Cons: no washer and dryer.

Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Hidden gem in the Appalachian
Property is simple but spacious, very clean and well stocked. Property host is outstanding to deal with and hope to be friends for years to come. We are returning to this property this summer. Overall rating is a 10 plus.

Awesome mountain getaway
Our stay was for trail riding the Coal Canyon and Ridge View trails on the Spearhead trail system. It's a short ride to the CC trailhead. Anthony is an awesome host. I highly recommend Blue Tranquility if your looking to visit the area. Good restaurants and shops close by. We will be back!

This a beautifully maintained property conveniently located close to town. Anthony is a fantastic host. This was our first visit to the Grundy area and Anthony provided us with restaurant information and on point directions to the nearest ATV trail. He is very accommodating and genuinely wants to be sure you are comfortable in this home. We are already planning our next stay.
