"Everything was very clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Staff never answered phone or messaged back. "

"Very far away from the train station. Hiking was 35 minutes to to hotel. Only one staff member worked in there. No housekeeper. Very dark building inside and outside, but the staff she was nice and friendly. The hotel doesn't have in-room dining service. Only available during breakfast time. There is no grocery store nearby by hotel. You need to buy food, water, etc advance before the hotel arrives. "
