quiet and serene mountain surroundings
no noisy kids

Generally a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel is conveniently located. The only issues were that we could hear our neighbors clearly through the night, and the beds were extraordinarily firm.
I would recommend this hotel and perhaps you could request a foam pillow and another blanket to make the bedding more comfortable.

Location is spectacular for an overnight to Neuschwanstein castle. Lovely and pristine clean. Dinner was lovely. Overall a wonderful experience.
