"Apartment was super clean and well furnished. The bed and the entire apartment were very comfortable. There is a nice area outside the back door where we ate some meals. It has a retractable awning so you can have shade or sun. Fred, the owner, met us at the property and showed us around and introduced us to the neighbor. He was very responsive to our text messages when we had questions. He also gave us some good tips about places to visit while in the area. He told us about a local bar/pub...

"Absolutely loved the property. It’s very clean, quiet and has wonderful clean air away from the city. The washer and dryer are such a great addition and a necessity when traveling. The host was amazing and the daily morning bread delivery was so super convenient. It’s only a short drive from Bamberg and conveniently located for all fun things to do in the region."

Auch das Holzhaus selbst hat einen tollen Charme. Jedoch haben wir einige Dinge im Haus vermisst. Es gab zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, jedoch keine Kanne dazu. "Ich habe das kleine Appartement gebucht. Der Check-In war zu Anfang etwas holprig, aber die Mitarbeiter haben das sehr schnell und freundlich gelöst. Das gesamte Personal des Gasthofs hat während unseres Aufenthalts einen tollen Job gemacht. Das Appartement inkl. Badezimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, frisch renoviert und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein Lob geht auch an das Housekeeping, denn es war einwandfrei sauber. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!"

"OMG this was beautiful! What a fabulous experience...a delicious, fresh breakfast was included with a table set for each guest...the restaurant for dinner was amazing and reasonable, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. There is a giant cobblestone hill to climb so be in good shape and the tv didn't really work but we didn't come to watch tv...also Kronach is very lovely. "
