Four bedroom, four full bathroom, 3200 sqft all brick home on a sprawling 2.86 acres! Plenty of privacy and convenience, located just 2 miles from I-20, 9 miles from the Augusta National, 14 miles from Augusta Regional Airport, and 3 miles from Bartram Trail Golf Course. Outdoor entertaining area with a fire table and mounted TV - all screened in! Golf cart available to ride the neighborhood in the evenings after the tournament. Bedrooms have 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunkbed with a full and a twin. Dining room, breakfast nook, and a coffee bar. Escape the clutter and enjoy the wildlife in this spacious retreat!
