"Stain on pull off out mattress "

"When we checked in our room had not been serviced. Window open, bed not made, trash in room. I called the front desk and they immediately put me in another room. That room was perfect."

"The room itself was filthy the floors and the furniture we were immediately met with the strong smell of cigar, when we turned on the heat vent it was enough to make us check out immediately The Whole room filled up with the smell of urine like someone literally used the bathroom inside the vent also this hotel is advertised as airport but it’s not close I didn’t receive a refund and when I explaining to the front desk why I would rather go home and be in the dark (it was a power outage due to strong winds in Ohio) instead of their hotel he could care less and offered no kind of compensation not even an apology "
