I was disappointed that there wasn’t any safe in the room, wifi wasn’t working at all and there was no remote for the tv🙁the staff was friendly enough I can say that I would comeback to this hotel for my next trip to Algiers "

They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. "I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did.
