Our three comfortable bedrooms are arranged to suit families and groups:
• Primary Bedroom: A relaxing space with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower.
• Second Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-size bed.
• Third Bedroom: Furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds.
• The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom accessible from the hallway.

You will have private, exclusive access to the entire second-floor home, including a private entrance and deck. During your stay, you are also invited to enjoy several shared amenities designed for fun and relaxation:

• This home is a walk-up unit located on the second floor.
• The unit is situated above a separate, occupied ground-floor unit. We ask that you be mindful of noise.
The fire pit, grills, kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are shared amenities available to all guests on the property. Please be respectful of other guests who may also be enjoying these wonderful spaces.
• Stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes for exploring the coast.
• Two shared grills available for your use.
• A Solo Stove firepit area with eight Adirondack chairs, perfectly positioned on the water’s edge.
• Free on-site parking is included with your stay.

The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
