- Our cozy, family friendly and completely remodeled lake house enjoys modern conveniences with private lake access and quick access to Boston (only 45 mins!). The vacation getaway is located on Lost Lake in beautiful Groton, MA bordering serene conservation land on 2 sides and facing a small private beach with dock. The location offers a balance of natural beauty with a convenience to amenities allowing you to get away from the fast paced city life but return at your leisure!. Wall to wall windows provide relaxing lake views and the kitchen faces conservation land with a pretty cove teeming with wildlife. Play & relax in the lake, then cook in a modern kitchen or grill on the deck. Guests will have access to the beach (with table and beach chairs), deck (with grill and furniture), fire pit area and we rent a canoe with life vests.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Be sure to place garbage in Green barrel at the top of the driveway. Both garbage and recyclables go in this bin.
In Winter/late fall/early Spring: If used, turn off electric heat thermostat outside the bathroom, we only use the Mini Split in the living room, keep that on turn that down to its lowest heat setting
All other times, please turn off the AC if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
