Please notify us if you'll like to request late check-out ($40 extra fee). Unless approved, cleaners will arrive promptly at 11:00 AM during each check-out day to prepare for the next guests arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parties or excessive noise. Any parties hosted will be accompanied by a $3,000 fine. No extra guests permitted without written consent.
No smoking of any kind on the property. Minimum fee of $500 applied to replace linens and rental of air scrubber if there is smoke odor in the house.
No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of the property without prior written authorization and extra fees will apply.
