Fantastic hotel in the heart of Munich. Super close to everything you want to be close to. Hotel staff pleasant and caring. Everyone speaks great English! Stephanie at the reception made our arrival super warm and welcoming. No question was a bother to anyone on their team throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent!! They did not automatically clean the room but by request (just put “clean my room” sign on the door). Hope to be back one day and will recommend this place to all friends who are going to Munich.

Nice hotel set in the heart of old time Munich. That parking garage was VERY tight and almost impossible to get out.. luckily , a car was useless to explore old town

An ok hotel, it sure why it is rated as exceptional. The lobby is better than the rooms themselves, which are styled in basic MCM/retro style which is not for everyone's taste. Not a high end or modern experience.
The staff was nice, no complaints there. The walk to the main square and attractions is not quick, so be prepared to walk a long distance and to be somewhat tired.
It is very close to the train station, so if that's what you need then it is good for that. We didn't try breakfast or food there.
