The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of food and beverages. The sauna and gym facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay."Reviewed October 10, 2026Return • London (LON) - Zürich (ZRH)LHR - ZRH • Direct ZRH - LGW • DirectAU$820AU$658found 6 hours agoper traveller

"They mentioned it was an A/C which is not available at the property. The fan was not working either, when I said I would like to change the room the host showed me room without fan. She said open the window if u need air, it was supper hot outside. Overall terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone."
"Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed."
"Hotel is located right on the lake, we stayed there for 3 nights ( family trip). The room decor is beauriful but very unusual. All walls, including ceiling are painted in black navy, extremely dark, walls have also some wood paneling, some mirrors, with very, very, very few lights. It was so dark, we kept bumping into walls and mirrors. Its a very theatrical decor, just not practical. Also, the grass, lawn, trees, shrubs were dried up, dying. I know Lucerne area has had little rain but...

"Great staff, but no AC, and opening the windows is crazy loud due to the proximity to the train tracks."
"Close to train station and city for easy walking. One bad experience was the party at Flora. People were celebrating and talking very loudly until 4:00 am. Need to close at a much earlier hour. Very little sleep that night."
