Nur am wettern

Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz ok, aber das jammern an der Rezeption seitens der Hotelleitung war nervig. Warum immer nur alle über die diversen Reiseportale buchen, und warum nicht direkt beim Hotel gebucht haben. Wissen Sie eigentlich wie hoch die Provision bei denen ist, und was da nur für uns übrig bleibt. 1. Würde Ihr Hotel kaum jemand finden 2. Warum sind sie überhaupt bei den Portalen angemeldet ? Glauben Sie es interessiert irgendeinen Hotelgast was Sie an Provision abdrücken müssen. Frühstück haben wir nicht bebucht, da soll jede Komponente 1 Euro kosten. Wir werden dort nicht mehr buchen.

Wir haben hier einen Zwischenstopp gemacht. Das Zimmer war super dafür geeignet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur empfehlen hier zu schlafen.

Toilette war nicht gereinigt. Pro Zimmer nur 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier pro Aufenthalt. Frühstück ist lächerlich es gibt 0 Auswahl. Am Vortag durch Kreuz auszuwählen (1 Stück kostet 1 Euro. Also 1 Brödchen 1 kaffe, 1 Butter, 2 scheiben käse macht 5 Euro aus)

Service und Freundlichkeit unter Durchschnitt

Anreise ist kompliziert, da nach 20h die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist. Hotel hat kein Restaurant obwohl dies in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben ist. Keinerlei Gastronomie in der Nähe des Hotels. Uns gegenüber hat man sich nicht großartig bemüht, eine Möglichkeit für das Abendessen zu finden. Das Frühstück muss am Vorabend "positionsweise bestellt" werden, inkl. Anzahl Tassen Kaffee. So etwas hab ich (100 Hotel-Üb./anno) noch nie erlebt. Zum Frühstück selbst gibt es nur Verpacktes bzw. Discounterqualität. Der Preis des Frühstücks liegt dennoch auf Buffet Level. Beworben wird das Buffet übrigens immer noch auf dem Straßenschild.

The place was empty generally and worse, ti was the only hotel I can remember where you couldn't control the room heat - the lady did it from her cell phone !! so after the 4th or 5th night I gave up an moved - I got horrible sleep. And just chinzy on towels, no soap etc. I ate dinner there twice and it was real good but not staying there. The lady complained about lack of business - now I understand why

Hartes Regiment

Die Zimmer sind einfach, geschmacklos und OK. Das Problem für mich sind die Eigentümer. Solange man tut was deren Meinung nach richtig ist, ist alles gut. Möchte man aber so exotische Sachen wie auf dem Zimmer essen oder nach 20.00 h anreisen, wird es sehr unangenehm. Ich habs zweimal versucht und bin zweimal angeraunzt worden. Mir reicht es.
