Tiny house in a peaceful, secluded location with a large terrace right by the natural pond – pure nature!

This tiny house is situated right by a small natural pond with a private swimming jetty and features a spacious terrace with a grill and fireplace. It is surrounded by horse paddocks, an open stable within view, and the Hexenburg riding facility nearby.



The house is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two sleeping lofts with double beds accommodate up to four guests, and the sofa area can be converted into an additional sleeping space.



The Space:

This tiny house is located directly by a small natural pond with a private swimming jetty and features a large terrace with a grill and fireplace. It is surrounded by horse paddocks, an open stable within view, the Hexenburg riding facility, and the historic Hexenburg four sided courtyard nearby.



The house is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Two sleeping lofts with double beds accommodate up to four guests, and the sofa area can be converted into an additional sleeping space.



New: Guests now have access to our barrel sauna. The wood heated sauna in the courtyard is perfect for relaxing after a hike in Saxon Switzerland or a busy day in Dresden.

Optional services: bed linen €10 per set, towels €5 per set, dog €15 per night, barrel sauna €15 including wood and cleaning, firewood €1 per log (guests may also bring their own).



Please note: The “pool” mentioned in the description is actually a natural pond with a reed belt. Water quality may be insufficient during the summer months.



Guest Access:

In principle, the entire grounds, including the two ponds and the riding facilities, are available for use. However, the stables themselves may only be entered after consulting with the horse owners, and the horses may not be petted or fed under any circumstances.

Riding lessons or cross-country rides can be booked; please contact the riding center directly.



A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the Hexenburg four-sided courtyard (fee €5 each).



The Neighborhood:

From the accommodation, many attractive destinations can be reached easily. Recommended day trips include visits to Dresden, Stolpen or Pirna, as well as to the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The Lusatian Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve and the Spreewald are also ideal for varied excursions.

If you prefer to leave the car behind, you will find plenty of opportunities to relax right outside your door. The surrounding nature, the horses on the property and the picturesque ponds invite you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.



Getting Around:

The region offers a wide range of excursion opportunities: Saxon Switzerland with its distinctive Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscape Biosphere Reserve, as well as the cities of Dresden, Pirna, and Bautzen. Prague is also within easy reach, less than two hours by car. There are countless options for day trips and sightseeing.
