    The holiday apartment with a Mediterranean interior is in a building with a lift in a quiet location in Großenbrode. The town is right by the Baltic Sea between Heiligenhafen and Fehmarn on the northern tip of Lübeck bay.

    The apartment hasa spacious living room with a fully-equipped built-in kitchen. The day can start with a great breakfast in the cosy dining corner or on the adjoining balcony. The dinign corner has a dining table for four people and a highchair. In the evenings and in winter you can relax by the fireplace or in the cosy sitting corner with a TV and DVD player, music via the Beats Pill sound system and the stereo system, or with a good book. A collection of DVDs, books and board games are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine and another filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a big fridge with a freezer compartment. There is a generous wellness bath with its own sauna, a whirlpool for two people, a shower, WC, hairdryer and towel radiator, ensuring a relaxing holiday. The bedroom is furnished with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and a very spacious built-in cupboard, two bedside tables and two reading lamps. It also has another flatscreen TV. The second room has twin beds (each 90 x 200cm) and a free cot on request, aswell as a little built-in wardrobe, a bedside table and a reading lamp. The apartment has some floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very light. Curtains ensure privacy. There is also a separate ground-level bicycle room, with space for four bicycles, a pram and beach toys, as well as watersports equipment. The Baltic Sea invites you to get away from it all at any time of year. The apartment is a highlight even in the cold season. You can enjoy a relaxing bath or sauna after a long walk along the beach. You can then cool off on the balcony with a view of the crackling fire in the fireplace.

    During the main season (May-September) a canopy beach chair is available free of charge, which up to three people can sit in to gaze out at the sea. It is on the nearest beach about 150 metres away. There is a private car parking space right by the house. The balcony is furnished with a table and four chairs with matching cushions. Four people can sit here at the big table and listen to the sea.

    The apartment is supplied with 100% electricity from renewable energy sources.

    The beach is just 80 metres away. You can hear and smell the sea already on arrival. There are local restaurants, shops, doctors, a pharmacy and of course spa facilities (about 350 metres away). The town of Heiligenhafen is about 9km away, with a great infrastructure for everyday shopping and a wide choice of gastronomy. The island of Fehmarn with its attractions such as the marine centre, the Fehmare themal baths, and the most beautiful cinema in the north: the Burg Filmtheater, is about 14km away. Other destinations include Lübeck (ca. 80km), the Hansa Park in Sieksdorf (ca. 50km) and the town of Bad Segeberg with its Karl May festival (ca. 87km). Hamburg is about 145km away.
