The resort was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly. The two main pool areas are really nice. The Hideaway only pool is really cool. We did the Diamond Club and the pool for that one is so-s0 but it is nice and secluded. Speaking of the Diamond Club, my GF and I believe it was worth it. Our butlers were Darnell and Kaysha and they were both extremely friendly. They take care of all your reservations, anything needed in or with your room, and they even will bring you drinks/food while you are lounging by the pool or beach. The Diamond Club gives you access to the Grazie restaurant for breakfast and lunch too. We enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere and the resort never seemed overcrowded. The nightly entertainment was enjoyable every evening. The individuals selling items on the beach and selling excursions were never pushy. A simple no thanks and they were on their way. The view from our room was incredible. I would say if you can afford it, go for room 5501. I believe all rooms on 2nd floor or higher probably have an ocean view. It appeared on the ground floor rooms were swimouts, but probably sacrificed ocean view. My GF and I are not foodies so take this with a grain of salt, but we really enjoyed the food. Almost every fish we tried was really good, even in the buffet. The portion size at Calypso seemed extremely small but you can order more than one dish I believe. Zen was a fun experience which is the hibatchi grill. Drinks were decent.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Royalton, St. Lucia. I stayed for five nights during April 2024. If choosing to stay at this property it is definitely worth to purchase the Diamond club option. I had Butlers, Benjamin and Marlon and they catered to our every need. They were amazing! The nightly entertainment was also good. The only drawback is that their food could be much improved it lacked flavor and they could add more cultural variety dishes to their buffet. The best specialty restaurant was the steakhouse.

Fantastic week away with family. First time in Caribbean and this was a perfect place to go. Food was fantastic and as expected for a resort of this type. Would recommend Diamon Club for the private pool area and beach though didn’t find the butlers overly attentive though we didn’t press them to do things for us repeatedly as it didn’t feel right. Would return and would highly recommend.

This is not a luxury experience. This is a worn property and not as advertised. For beginners, we were charged an additional 1k upon arrival for a second guest. Our toilet ran all night and maintenance never came to check it out although we asked several times. The AC had a mind of its own and it got extremely hot and stuffy at night. For the price you would think water activities would be included however they were al la carte. The stinch of sewage lingers by the steps near the food hall. The swim out pool wasn't clean when we arrived nor at all throughout our 5 day stay. We paid for early check in and the room wasn't ready for another few hours. Food was just okay. The steakhouse was the best however they couldn't get medium well right. The spa is not worth the money and is extremely over priced. Not worth the money paid. The entertainment was not reflective of what we paid for. Don't waste your money!

The staff was amazing. From grounds keepers to our butler, kind, patient and helpful. The food is ok. There was a great mix of local food and traditional food. The entertainment was not so good. The stay is pricey but we had an amazing time with great people.

The staff is generally very friendly and try hard. Especially our butlers. Unfortunately they don’t seem to have management support . No ice at several bars. No limes , lemons or oranges anywhere on property for four days. Only plastic at the “ martini bar” unless you arrived early . We were all inclusive but when we tried to order up scale wines at a surcharge the wines were usually not available because management had not updated the list . Watersports closes at 3:00 pm ! And they don’t take reservations. On several days the music at the big pool abd beach was so loud and the content so rude and sexually offensive people left the beach and/or complained. So loud and rude a member of our group had to drop a zoom call they were taking in the room on the 4th floor !

Property is flawless, rooms are perfect, beautiful beach and pools, The beach can get loud from pool activities weather it’s the pool party, foam party etc can be hard to relax A la carte dining is great so is the tepenacki & steak restaurant, Italian is atrocious and tex Mexicans much better, Hotel in general is great but if evening dining is important to you like it was us there isn’t many great options

Very nice property to have a milestone celebration! Customer service was amazing. This resort is absolutely perfect. My wife and I have been to several all inclusives and this one is at the top of the list. The staff are welcoming and accomodating. The food was excellent at every restaurant. The entertainment is great! We have no complaints. We usually don't stay at the same resort more than once, but we will be back here.

Beautiful property and grounds. Beach was a little small (by our standards). Staff was mostly just OK. No one really wowed us. Restaurants had good food but the buffet (which we only at at once) was just OK. The ride to the resort from the airport was brutal….2 hours!

My wife and I have never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, and we thought we would try this one. This all-inclusive resort was a fantastic stay for my wife and me. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and well lit (We stayed at the Diamond Club portion.) We can't say enough about the staff. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The food at the restaurants were very nice and the bars had a good selection of house drinks. We had quite a choice of activities to choose from (the spa massages were great) and the resort offered musical entertainment for all every night in the courtyard. If you do book a package here, I would opt for the bus service from the airport to the resort. True it is $120/person - but renting a car is more expensive (you do need insurance and an international driver's license) and unless you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road, on the right side of the car, traveling 1.5 hours on hilly, pot-holed roads, with erratic, fast local drivers - take my advice - take the bus service! We would book this place again, but longer (stayed 5 nights) and we would do more activities.

Beautiful property. The resort upgraded our room when we arrived to a beautiful top floor suite with a large hottub, two balconies and two bathrooms. Its was incredible. The food was also fantastic and all the staff were great. Royalton will be a go to for us when booking in the future.

There are so many dining options right on the resort. The beach was wonderful, and the main pool was great. The different activities and entertainment throughout each day were fun. Awful! Worst accommodations-the staff,food, drinks and location were horrible.Prepare yourself for a 2hr rollercoaster ride from the airport which you have to find your own transportation for and pay 150.00 minimum to arrive to this horrible hotel.You will have motion sickness throughout the whole ride to the hotel and once you arrive you receive an annoyed and fake welcome.You are exhausted, sick and tired when you arrive so prepare yourself for the disgusting smell of MOLD & MILDEW when you open your door to your room.The disgusting MOLD smell smacks you in the face and is embedded in the sheets, bedding,pillows and sofa.Since you are already sick from the ride now you are sick from the MOLD smell but, you are starving so let’s order room service-get ready to wait for at least an hour and than receive cold and bland tasting food.Between the smell, bad food maybe we can take a dip in our swim up pool-water was freezing bc there was no sun on our side of the pool and there was no pool heater either-no one used their pool.We paid extra for this and the water level was so low the whole time so the filter made noise all night long and was never used,plus with all the cracked tiles I didn’t want to cut my toes-it was a waste of money! Due to the MOLD smell, we complained the whole time bc I made it a point to tell every employee and manager about it and all they did was cover it up with an air freshener spray twice.We were their for 7 long days! Horrible,disgusting and terrible -

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the St.Lucia Royalton. The staff was great the service was great and the facility was neat. My only complaint is my booking for the hibachi restaurant (I was late so it was my fault) I felt they could have tried to accommodate me with that. But all in all great entertainment and close to everything. Taxi prices are expensive try and ask a local by the beach for rides if you’re trying to save money.

8 out of 10 - good value
Pretty good all round ... and a hundred times better than Coconut Bay - we transferred to The Royalton after only one night! Rooms are great, food not bad (as you'd expect for an all-inclusive venue and service very good. Pools, beach, gym etc all very good. Lots of very good restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. I'd rate this place 8 out of 10 all round.

Great stay overall as St Lucia is a wonderful place. The hotel facilities are super and the all inclusive has worked well. However there are some improvements needed. Our suite was not fully ready at our arrival. It smelled mouldy, and this was apparently an unusual problem. The sushi restaurant was inferior to supermarkets sushi. Otherwise, we had a wonderful tour of the island, the buffet was super with chefs preparing on order.

Room air con did not work on arrival (took the hotel 3 days to fix it and numerous visits to the reception!), mini bar door was hanging off, room service food was bad quality. Hotel overall was looking very tired. Some of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, however they were let down by other hotel staff who were rude and not very helpful. NYE celebration events were disorganised and gala event food poor. Overall would rate this hotel an average 3 star (certainly not a 4 star).

I was not planning to write a review, but since you emailed me a few times, I am writing this. Royalton at Saint Lucia is a beautiful property. However, we found some serious problems with the way it was run. Here is the list of very serious issues we noticed while we were there for 5 days. 1. The men who work there have not been given training on being respectful to ladies and young women. Lewd comments and innuendos constantly harassed my two daughters. For example, my 18-year-old was asked to go to a street party. It happened at least 4-5 times, and at the time I was leaving, I complained to the staff at the front office. This is not one isolated bad actor, but there is a pattern of inappropriate behavior. 2. The dress code was, at times, overused at the restaurants. 3. The choice of food and varieties was very limited. 4. The meal options and proportions in some restaurants were pathetic. 5. The wine selection was really bad, and they ran out of white wine. The red wine was stored badly, so the bottles we paid for tasted like vinegar when opened. 6. Very few people in the resort were trained to welcome the guests and smile. 7. There were a few people who were good. The servers at the steakhouse and hibachi were good. The bartenders in the bar at the main building were nice. 8. For room service, you need to call a few times to get a response. Even then, you had to wait a long time for whatever it was you needed. Of all these issues, the most concerning is the first o

Resort is spacious and the beach is nice but staff service is poor considering the price level. Reception ignores requests for service. Kids club, though stocked well with toys, staff there doesn’t entertain kids, just leaves them running around on their own. Resort was constantly out of towels by the pools, out of soap in public bathrooms, out of straws or paper cups at coffee shop, out of matches for cigars, so this guest ran out of patience. Recommend looking elsewhere if you want a smoother worry-free experience.

Modern room with jetttub was nice. Some staff in the kitchen (specifically during lunch and breakfast) were not friendly. During the afternoon shows, nobody took your request for food or drink. The staff didn't care so much about the guests but more about how to bring money for the hotel. During dinner most of restaurants were fully booked. We had to wait for 2 hours one night to get into restaurant!! The view of the ocean was fantastic from 3rd floor. They cleaned our room only once and they didn't clean even when we removed the no disturb sign. The price of taxi to airport was insane and you have to pay cash in us dollars. The currency is Eastern Caribbean but everything is charged by us dollars. That is kind of taking advantage of guests. Overall st. Lucia is beautiful but expensive and some people not friendly. I loved nature and ocean. Pigeon island was great.
