- The house is located just on the top of a sweet hill overlooking Rodney Bay with the beautiful sunset and surrounded by a large tropical garden.
From the house you can enjoy a FANTASTIC VIEW: to the east the Atlantic Ocean, to the north the island of Martinique and to the west the Caribbean Sea with its spectacular sunsets..
Beaches, supermarkets and bars/restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away. The loft is composed by: full equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, 6-burner stove, etc... two double bedrooms, a sofa bed with nice wardrobe.
The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower.
Wooden floors, huge verandas with best view and carpets make the accommodation particularly welcoming and confortable.

There is a shared BBQ area and a large tropical garden with fruit trees at the guests' disposal. the apartment is located in a complex called ITALIAN GUESTHOUSE.
