Breakfast was delicious. The staff was excellent and helped carry our very heavy luggage to our third floor room. Excellent location with the rialto bridge right outside.

Really nice pool area and amazing breakfast! We did not receive the promised VIP amenity or upgrade and the staff in the reception didn't know what we were talking about. We were told we could only get VIP amenity when we book directly through hotel.
