Welcome to Großkmehlen, one of the southernmost municipalities in Brandenburg, at the foot of the Kmehlener Mountains.

Just 300 metres from the inn, you’ll find our cosy holiday rental, “Am Kutschenberg.” On the ground floor of our holiday home, you’ll find a very quiet, approximately 65m² apartment—completely refurbished in the summer of 2020—that accommodates up to 4 people.

The spacious bedroom, featuring a large closet and a double bed, has enough room for a cot, which we’ll be happy to provide upon request.
The cosy and sunny living room, equipped with a modern sleeper sofa, can accommodate up to two additional guests. A flat-screen TV and cable TV are, of course, also available.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a large refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic hob, coffee maker, and dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy sitting area offers plenty of seating.

In the bathroom, the shower and bathtub invite you to relax. An illuminated mirror, towel warmer, makeup mirror, and hair dryer are also available for your use.

Internet/Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire holiday rental.
All windows are equipped with privacy screens and mosquito screens.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee. The holiday rental also includes a covered parking space and a bike storage room.

Our beautiful town, over 800 years old, is an ideal starting point for long hikes in the Kmehlen Mountains and around the Kutschenberg. A very well-developed network of bike paths invites you to explore the surrounding area, both near and far.

For all visitors travelling by car, we are the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Lusatian Lake District, the Spreewald, and the Dresden area.
