Nice apartment near the beach and the center

The beautiful non-smoking apartment with balcony (1st OG) is centrally located and the beach with the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot (approx. 5 minutes). The city center with its shops can also be reached quickly on foot (approx. 3 minutes). The modern apartment with three rooms for up to 4 people has an underground parking space. The kitchen has a stove (ceramic hob), oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. In the children's room there is a bunk bed next to a small closet.

In addition, the apartment has of course all household appliances (TV, coffee maker, kettle, etc.).

The apartment has sophisticated media equipment. In addition to the flat screen with DVB-T reception, this also includes a game console.

Familienurlaub

Good stay with easy checkin per code. Nice flat with all you need for a week. Excellent equippmebnt and good entertainment with WII and Playststion.Short way to beach and city center.Would book again.

Alles bestens

Der Aufenthalt in Grömitz war sehr schön, dazu hat natürlich auch die Wohnung beigetragen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Genau das Richtige für einen Familienurlaub. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er konnte uns bei allen Anliegen direkt helfen. Gerne wieder!

Im Großen und Ganzen durchschnittlich gut

Der Urlaub begann mit dem Anruf einen Tag vor der Abreise um die Schlüsselübergabe zu klären wie es auch in den Unterlagen überall vermerkt ist. Bei dem Telefonat und nach einer recht unhöflichen Ansage, ob wir nicht einen Code für den Tresor bekommen hätten und die Übergabe nur darüber erfolgt, war ich etwas irritiert. Die Unterlagen hierzu haben wir erhalten, aber es steht dennoch überall dass wir Kontakt aufnehmen sollten. Warum ist das denn so, fragten wir uns und warum so unfreundlich? Wir empfanden es umständlich und schade, dass der Schlüssel ganz woanders und nicht in unmittlebarer Nähe zum Objekt abzuholen war. Außerdem war die Wohnung zwar grundsätzlich sauber, aber wenn die Spinnweben im Badezimmer von der Decke hängen, empfinde ich es nicht als sauber. Ein Pluspunkt gibt es beim Kinderzimmer, welches einen Spielteppich hat und auch Spielzeug angeboten wurde. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung einen ordentlichen Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen und wir würden sie aufgrund der Lage wieder mieten und auch empfehlen.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Straßenlage hat nicht gestört und die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage.

Schöne Wohnung in guter zentraler Lage

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der es einem an nichts fehlt. Lediglich der Wasserdruck der Dusche sollte einmal überprüft werden, da sehr wenig Wasser kommt und das Duschen so deutlich länger dauert. Ansonsten aber alles top...

Erholsamer Urlaub mit toller Lage

Niedliche Wohnung mit einer super zentralen Lage. Das Auto hat die Tiefgarage erst zur Abfahrt wieder verlassen. Die Wohnung war klasse ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Leider muss ich sagen, dass ddie Wohnung mal wieder einen Wischer sehen dürfte.

Ein gelungener Urlaub :)

Die Wohnung ist optimal für drei Personen geeignet. Das Highlight für unser Kind war das Hochbett im Kinderzimmer. Ich muss sagen, dass ich noch nie in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung war. Alles da, was man benötigt in der Küche/Kammer und auch die Spielsachen im Kinderzimmer wurden freudig angenommen. :) Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zum Strand sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten Fußweg. In der Tiefgarage ist ein Stellplatz vorhanden.

Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Wohnung für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern gerade richtig. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Zum Strand ca 400 m. Da durch Corona die Aktivitäten eingeschränkt waren, ist sonst sicherlich mehr los. Was mit Sicherheit dazu führt, dass wir sicherlich wieder kommen werden. Leider ist der Fahrstuhl defekt gewesen. Für Menschen mit Einschränkungen dann schwierig.

Netter Kontakt, überwiegend sauber, alles vorhanden was eine Familie mit Kleinkind braucht. Straße ziemlich laut und Bad recht klein. Würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen.

Unsere Töchter waren mit zwei Freundinnen da und haben es sehr genossen die Lage war wunderbar der Eigentümer hat uns beim Einchecken sehr hilfreich zur Seite gestanden das einzige Manko wenn man einen großen Esstisch möchte um zu spielen und dann gemeinsam zu essen meinten die Mädels das wäre etwas klein aber ansonsten top

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Grömitz verbracht. Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen und relativ neuwertig eingerichtet. Leider nicht ganz sauber und stark schimmelige Ablagerungen im Bad. Die Fahrräder sind leider defekt und können somit nicht genutzt werden.

Für Familien gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet

Mietobjekt ca. aus den 80er bzw. 90er Jahren (Massivbau mit relativ hoher Schallübertragung von Nachbarwohnungen), zentral zum Einkaufen, Strand, Restaurants etc an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Den Vermieter kann man schnell und sicher telefonisch erreichen. Der Verwalter vor Ort hat leider andere Regelungen auf seinen Papieren vermerkt, als die vertraglich vereinbarten, was z. B. bei der Endreinigung zu Verwirrung führt. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes war, trotz relativ hoher Reinigungspauschale, leider nicht in Ordnung.

Zentrale Lage, Straße jedoch relativ laut (gerade im Sommer bei geöffneten Fenstern), Ausstattung sehr gut, Größe für einen Strandurlaub mit 4 köpfiger Familie völlig ausreichend :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen, gut ausgestattet

Gesamteindruck: positiv - schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung, Küche sehr modern, top ausgestattet (fehlte nur ein Sieb zum Nudelnabgiessen 😜), Wohnzimmer mit schöner Sitzecke, PS3- und Wii-Konsole für die Kinder. 2 schöne Schlafzimmer. Tiefgarage. ABER: das ganze Gebäude ist unglaublich hellhörig, Hundegekläffe und Kindergetrampel, das kann schon mal nerven.

Super Lage familienfreundlich

Wir hatten 1 Woche Urlaub mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. Ich vergebe volle 5 Punkte, aber dennoch eine Pro/Kontra, unser subjektuves Empfinden: Pro: - 10min zum Strand - Tiefgarage - schönes Kinderzimmer für 2 Kinder - guter rascher Kontakt zu Vermieter und Vermittler - Preis/Leistung OK - auch bei Schlechtwetter viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten Kontra: - Wohnung eher etwas abgewohnt - vor allem Bad sehr beengt und Dusche alt - 1. Stock ohne Lift mit Kinderwagen, Buggy etc etwas mühsam (aber war vorher bekannt) Alles im Allem, super Urlaub, Wohnung war absolut ausreichend und in Ordnung. Vielen Dank.

Sehr gute Lage der Ferienwohnung. Am Strand mit kleinen Kindern super zu Fuß in ca. 5min. Größe der Wohnung war mit zwei kleinen Kindern aussreichen. Es war alles im allen sehr schön. Ein gelungener Urlaub
