One spa-like bathroom with tiled floors, underfloor heating, a walk-in glass shower, mirror, vanity with ample storage, and an additional towel warmer. A 5x magnifying mirror, built-in radio, and rain shower are also included.

Direct access to the private garden, newly landscaped in spring 2020, and the terrace – furnished with a lounge area featuring a large teak table for relaxing and two deck chairs for sunbathing. Weber Q1200 gas grill. Garden shed for bicycles. Fully fenced. Ideal for guests with children and/or dogs. Separate entrance with gate to the garden and terrace.
