Large modern holiday home with pool close to the beach

Large holiday home with shared 6x12m natural pool, which is open in summer. Please note that because of the natural filtration processes we can not guarantee that the pool is open at all times. Our place is at 5 minutes drive to the beach. Bramendijk offers large, modern and climate neutral apartments, that are heated by heat pumps and solar panels. Modern design, spacious rooms en open kitchens, including dishwashers and ovens. Laundry machines are also available. Each apartment has its private terrace at a grounds of 8500m2. Bramendijk lies next to nature conservation area Waterdunen, through which guests can walk to the sea. Groede is a historical village in Zeeuws Vlaanderen and has several restaurant options. During 2022 we will construct some additional apartments on the property, but the units for rent are fully finished.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Frösche sind allerdings sehr laut aber dasbist die Natur.Das Haus könnte etwas sauberer sein, Staub auf den Schränken, unter der Couch und an allen Fensterrahmen. Aber trotzdem volle Punktzahl. Danke.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gab allerdings nur 5 Weingläser. Der Schwimmteich war toll. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass nachts die Frösche sehr laut quaken.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ein tolles sehr modernes Haus in super Lage.Bis zum Strand sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Im April leider zu kalt für den Pool, aber im Sommer bestimmt toll.Am Pool befindet sich ein in den Boden eingelassenes Trampolin, was unsere Kids echt super fanden.

Moderne und gut geschnittene Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Es fehlt lediglich ein geeigneter Abstellplatz für die Fahrräder. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Bramendijk/ Groede.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Groß, sauber, super schöne Bademöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus, Trampolin, gemütliche Zimmer, große Terrasse, modern eingerichtet. Das zusätzliche Zimmer in der Galerie ist nur sehr schwer erreichbar über ejne Leiter, perfekt für Jugendliche, allerdings nur durch ein Holzgitter abgetrennt. Mit dem Auto/Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand und in der Stadt, beides sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt wirklich schön!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gestaltet, die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die Betten waren bezogen, es gab Handtücher. Das Parken war etwas problematisch, wir durften nicht direkt am Haus parken, wurden darauf hingewiesen etwas abseits, aber noch auf dem großen Grundstück befindend zu parken. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.
