Familjen på Hotell Havsbaden Spa
Härligt spa med många inomhus & utomhus pooler och solsängar, hade önskat snabbare incheckning och bordsplacering vid middag. Underhåll av ledstänger vid poolerna behöver ses över. Skyltning saknas av att den gröna poolen var saltvattens pool då jag undvek den pga färgen vilket var synd. Ala carte maten överträffade familjens förväntningar mycket gott!

The reception was badly placed right in the middle of the flow from the rooms to the diner, snack bar and the shuffleboard room. And I don’t see the point in sitting receptionists with a giant screen between the receptionist and the customer. The spa was ok regarding the amount of different saunas and pools but water on the floor everywhere and load of children playing in the pools pulled the experience down a lot.

Vår 7e gång på detta fina hotell. Först en båtresa med Ekerö Linjen sen en underbar spa upplevelse. Rent, fräscht och mycket trevlig personal. Såå sköna sängar och god frukost. Vardags lyx!

Hotelli ja kylpylätilat olivat aivan ihanat. Aamiainen oli loistava ja aulan snack baari ihana yllätys. Allasbaarista sai herkullisia smoothieita ja juomia edullisesti sekä kivaa pikkupurtavaa. Huone oli loistava (ihana parveke!), samoin hotellin sijainti. MUTTA: Miten voi tämän tasoisen paikan respassa olla niin töykeää henkilökuntaa???? Yksi oli ylitse muiden, mutta kaikki, joiden kanssa vastaanottotiskillä asioimme, olivat varsin koppavia ja töykeitä. Paikka saisi meiltä täydet 10 pistettä, mutta koska respan palvelu on kuitenkin olennainen osa viihtyvyyttä ja oleskelun onnistumista, annamme arvosanaksi 8-.
