"Katia is a truly wonderful host. Her rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. They are modern with all amenities and great air conditioning. The B&B is well located with buses a 2 to 5 minute walk away and restaurants and cafes very nearby and more within easy walking distance. Breakfast is great especially the cappuccinos!!! "This place is amazing. Beautiful beach, nice pools, and big clean room. The check-in staff are very friendly and pleasant. The property is so pretty and the view of the mountains can’t be beat. From the beach looking towards the resort has a gorgeous “backdrop” of the mountains. The sand is soft with no rocks or seaweed. The complimentary lounge chairs & palapa is a big plus. The breakfast has a very good variety of foods. The location is perfect because you get the best of the great resort and you can take the train which is very close by and very safe directly into Palermo Central for only 3.30 Euros per person. We will definitely stay here again and want to bring our family."

"We loved the view from the room over Palermo. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom modern. It would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee maker in room and some tissues! The staff at the desk were so helpful. Breakfast and dinner were a little limited in choice but tasty and well prepared. The pools were closed but it was too cool anyway. It is a half hour from Palermo center requiring a car or taxi up a winding road but the staff were helpful in arranging rides."

"Upon entering the hotel I was suprised how modern it was. My room was not ready but the receptionist immediately supplied me with coffee and pastry. She was very friendly and informative. My room was lovely and clean with a little balcony. I spent half an hour listening to a little girl and a middle aged woman happily chatting away together, from their respective balconies on opposite sides of the street!! Breakfast was fabulous, one of the best I have had! Oh, and the lift was glass!"

"We had an upgrade to the Palazzo Balsamo and it was a very incredible experience. Beginning for the room that was amazing, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. Noemi gave us restaurants recommendations and places to go! She was amazing. I also want to thank Floriana for given us the upgrade and helped us had an amazing time at the Palazzo Balsamo. We highly recommend the hotel, facilities, location ,staff. Our stay in Palermo was great because of you. Thank you, thank you"
