"The room, actually the whole hotel, was very spartan…only one chair other than the desk chair, no tissues and no soap other than hand soap. Very Scandinavian in decor and design. The in-room coffee maker had just 2 coffee pods and 2 little creamers. The restaurant was quite nice with a good menu for dinner and a nice view. Breakfast was a cold plate of fish, hard-boiled eggs, cheese and vegetables or yogurt. All food was extra. The hotel provided a free drive to the airport but would not pickup from the airport."
"Everything in this property is expected to be clean and comfortable, but just the front desk service guy at checkin time was a bit grumpy. We tried to use the hot tub on checkin evening, but couldn’t find a way to get into the gym next door as the service guy told us we can use, but he did not tell us we need him to open the door for us, which make us wasted some time at the door of the gym trying doing this and that……"
"10 minutes from Blue Lagoon and on the way to Selfoss, the guesthouse is in great location. It was clean and well partitioned. We’re a family of 4 with teenage sons. It kept the family together and gave us our privacy. For the price, you cannot get anything like it in Iceland"
"Such a cute place to stay! Very quiet, clean, and has a great view of the ocean from every view of the property. The horses at the entrance of the property were a pleasant surprise! I would definitely stay here again.
The door was a little confusing on how to lock, but it’s my fault for not reading the instructions word for word that were right in front of my face lol"
"Great hotwl near the airport.
Clean and nice with an equiped kitchen.
Great accommodations with staff for arrival and departure. Definitly a place to stay!"
