"The staff was great but the condition of the property is awful. My room smelled weird and there were roaches and bugs that fly out of the sink drain. I also don't like that there is no live staff at night, just a video link to an overseas service rep. There's nobody available for reporting problems to at night. I will never stay here again. The photos misrepresented the property."

"The location is very very conveniently close to many places to eat or grab a forgotten item from the packing list. The staff that I met were very very kind and helpful and recommended a wonderful place for dinner. They also were very helpful when I suggested needing to extend my stay. I'm glad to have stayed here and will return next time work brings me to the area."
