I had booked 2 rooms for the weekend to visit Montreal with friends who are newly engaged. Their first night at the hotel, there was BLOOD on their sheets. When we brought it to the attention to the front desk, their housekeeping went home so they couldn’t do anything about it. They made us have to change the sheet ourself!!! No new room or compensation.
