The room conditions were good and the staff was great. However, I had no hot water in the morning for my shower, I had to let the water run for 30 minutes before the water got warm, not hot, so I can take a shower. The other issue was the breakfast they provided. Basically, I felt like I was back in elementary school and getting a lunch box for breakfast. For being in the heart of Downtown LA at a big hotel, I would expect an A1 type of breakfast but did not get that. Last, they advertise a full bar on their website, but they fail to mentioned, it's only open on Friday's and Saturday's. What is the purpose of advertising a bar for your quest and it's only open 2 of 7 days of the week. Long story short, due to the above issues, I will never stay at that hotel, and I'll inform these issues to others who plans to stay at that hotel.

Afternoon- night and day front desk, housekeeping were helpful and friendly, nice decor through out, spacious rooms and breakfast area. Comfortable beds in large room and bathroom. Usual holiday inn breakfast was good. Location is convenient to downtown amenities.
