"I love that there is a shuttle pick up and drop off which takes about 7 minutes from the airport to the hotel. Of course, the wait is about 30 minutes for the shuttle for either drop off or pick up. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful in loading luggage onto the bus for both the old and those who were able. I was amazed at their strength and kindness doing this for everyone! The price was very reasonable. The bedroom was very quiet and beds were comfortable."

"Excellent hotel. I can usually find SOMETHING to complain about, but I am hard pressed. Loved the location, walkable to everything but less busy area. Staff friendly and helpful at front desk, restaurant as well as a smiling doorman and cleaners who were careful to keep us stocked on towels, tea etc even when we declined to have our room serviced. Wonderful breakfast, comfy room with plenty of storage. Okay, only complaint is lack of fan in bathroom which always steamed up during showers. Otherwise, really a great stay."
