"I booked a 3 queen bed room. When we arrived they told us they messed up and booked too many so they gave us 2 separate rooms. They claimed they comped the 2nd room however my charge was the same as the 1, 3 bed room. (I was not the only person they did that to). The front desk lady at night was rude when we asked for clean towels the next day. Most hotels will bring clean towels automatically. The outdoor pool was very nice. "We didn’t end up eating the breakfast. We did get the complimentary ice cream that they offered. It wasn’t the best but still grateful for the offer. The room was clean, but not enough towels or toilet paper for a two day trip."
