Although the bed was clean, the room had a strong musty smell. The floors, tables, surfaces appeared unclean. The bath and sink did not drain properly, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

A well known but much loved area in the King Valley. Lovely homestead but needs a bit of TLC to bring it back to its former glory. Plenty of room, comphy beds and a wonderful surprise of eggs, milk, bread, juice and garden tomatoes, thankyou.
