From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. Room was spotless and well equipped. The apartment is large and comfortable. The setting is unbelievably serene. I could have stayed there forever, enjoying the peace and quiet. The scenery out the window looked like a painting of water and sailboats. Enjoyed dinners at nearby Le Phare Bleu. The view from the gym is spectacular. The pool is fabulous. Responsiveness of staff is amazing!

Upon arrival after 3pm we still had to wait for our room. When we finally got in we had no toiletries in the shower It took 2 days to totally fix this problem. The food was average and repetitive at the buffet. The location is nice and the snorkeling very good. Staff was cheerful. Some of the servers were very good other not so much. Beach service faded as the day when on. Not a bad stay but not the level of a Mexican or Dominican resort

Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back.
