Upon arrival after 3pm we still had to wait for our room. When we finally got in we had no toiletries in the shower It took 2 days to totally fix this problem. Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back.
