"When we checked in they didn’t have all 3 nights we booked available but eventually they figured it out and got us a room. The hotel clerk was very nice and helpful. The hotel had no ambience or character at all and is very sparse and minimal. And old and rundown. The hallways and carpet were gross and depressing and when we got to our room the keys didn’t work. When we walked in, the room had a horrible smell. Like cleaning products over stale smoke. We left immediately. Would never stay there."
