"Checked out this morning and left something very important. Called the hotel to see if item was still in the room the lady on the phone was arguing with me stating to call in morning. When I asked if someone at the desk can possibly look she told me no one was there to look. I asked what time housekeeping usually get in she would not give me definite answer.As someone who works in the hotel industry I can say the front desk people need a course on friendliness. Overall front desk staff was rude!!"

"The hotel is just a basic overnight hotel. Linens and towels are clean, room is clean, and everything in the room was neat. Th eparking is insufficient for the size of the hotel, and check-in is fairly smooth"

"The good was the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in shower was good and it’s close to the airport. This hotel could use some updating and there are too many things to mention here. Outside parking lot area in in real rough shape. Many complained about the water pressure in the shower, mine was good although the last day the water was only lukewarm at best. I was there 4 nights and never did have anyone clean or restock toilet paper. The toilet started running and wouldn’t stop, I told the guy working the front desk as I was leaving around 6:30AM and when I came back in the evening it hadn’t been fixed. I didn’t eat the breakfast, although it looked about average. Overall, this hotel is ok for the price but certainly nothing special. It’s a bit worn and tattered. Although I didn’t use the shuttle it’s close to the airport so if you need a quick overnight stay, it would be fine. There are some decent restaurants down the street about half a mile or so. "

"Couldn’t even stay, was stuck at Philly airport overnight, no one would pick up phone to confirm if the room was actually available that night. No 24/7 shuttle like the listing shows, and no TSA in the middle of the night. So if I had paid for an uber to the hotel, and they turned me away, I would have been stranded for hours in the middle of the night. Now they’re arguing with me about a refund…"

"It was very welcoming...the staff made sure I enjoyed my stay.... they kept it very clean and smelling good! The staff was so accommodating whatever I asked for was done...the rooms were clean and warm"
