"The swiming pool waas drained and unusable. Checkin was easy. There was no booklet in the room that showed times of continental breakfast, checkout time, no Do Not DISTURB sign on door that we could put out, etc. and things to do around town. The pillows were very flat and no extra pillows. The AC just blew forward.
