WE HAVE THE PRETTIEST PRIVATE LOT ON THE POINTE!!

Absolutely beautiful large point LEVEL lot on Lake Bowen, mountain views, 180 degree plus view of lake. This is one of the most prized full use lots on on Lake Bowen! Private lot, breathtaking views! Large dock with ladder! Cottage is upstairs with a full garage below. 2 Bedrooms, 1 large master room with KING bed & TV, Kid's cubby room is small and has 1 twin bed, sofa is a sleeper as well. Roll-away cot available as required. Full service kitchen. 1 full bath upstairs and 1 full bath in garage. Washer dryer in garage. Covered patio with fans. Spectrum internet, smart TVs. Bikes, floats, corn hole, grill & outside furniture for your enjoyment! Swimming, boating, jet skis, fishing, kayaking is allowed!! Futon in garage with a 2nd refrigerator. Great location between Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC - in northern Spartanburg county (Boiling Springs/Inman), quick access to I-26 and Hwy 9. 20 minutes to WORLD FAMOUS Tryon International Equestrian Center!!.

BE CAUTIOUS of other lots for rent - not on waterfront. We are only 12 miles to downtown Spartanburg, SC.

PETS: We do consider house trained, non-shedding dogs under 35lbs (max 2 dogs). For other pet inquiries, check with owner/property manager via email inquiry. Pet fee is $100. Please select and inform that you wish to bring pet! Linens (sheets, towels) are provided along with beach towels. The Cleaning fee is $85. We have no-additional fees. VRBO applies service fee and state taxes. Courtesy starter kit provided - toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, 4 trash bags, dish cloth and towels. We are located near several grocery stores, Publix,Ingles, Walmart, Aldi, Dollar General. We appreciate you looking at our vacation home!

The stay was nice. The house was perfectly located for my visit with family that lives local. It was easy to find. We may visit again when we can spend some time on the lake. It was too cold to truly enjoy all that is available there.

Thanksgiving

We were celebrating Thanksgiving with family in the area and visiting my mother who is in assisted living facility nearby. Location was convenient. Nice place to serve as a base for getting around the area.

Quiet retreat

This was our second stay here. Visiting friends who live in Inman. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views of Lake Bowen. Cute cottage with everything we needed. Loved the nautical decor. Will definitely stay here again.

Great lake spot

Very nice lake house. We have stayed several times and keep returning as we enjoy the house, private safe area, and access to a boat dock. We enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking and it provides easy access into the lake. We would recommend highly.

Quiet, Cozy and Beautiful

We really enjoyed this little lake house and would have loved to have extended our stay!! It was located in about the most quiet, peaceful area, but strangely close to anything you could want. For those of you considering this place, Strawberry Hill Ice Cream and outdoor market is an absolute MUST!!

Gorgeous views, autumn getaway!

We were in Spartanburg area for a softball camp for our daughter. Rather than staying in a tired hotel along the highway, we went looking for a home with a view. We couldn't have found a better location than this place! Home was well stocked with everything you might need, great outdoor area, dock for some fishing, and plenty of firewood for a great campfire! 5 STARS!

Long weekend at the lake

We stayed at this property to house some family members who flew in for the weekend to celebrate a family occasion - the rest of the family was right next door in another property and this one worked out perfect for a couple and small baby !!! The place was cute , right on the water and perfect set up with all needed amenities!!

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I had a great time at this little slice of heaven. It had everything you need already there, and the bed was comfortable. Having access to your own personal dock is the best part of this place. We would absolutely come back and stay here.

Excellent host. Joy was amazing so was her brother Keith. they had everything we needed. The property was stunning. Wildlife galore. We even got to see a bald eagle. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Cute cottage, gorgeous lake

My husband, son and I enjoyed the cozy ambiance of this lakeside cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay. We especially loved the large grassy area out front for playing frisbee, and the comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging and soaking in the view. Bring a kayak or canoe if you have one. Lake Bowen is so peaceful, and we hope to return soon!

Lake stay

I had to have surgery with Dr Kerekes in Spartensburg and stayed a week .. so it really wasn’t a pleasure stay ..BUt it was right on Lake Bowen and was a beautiful place to stay . I got out after surgery and sat on the dock and sat in the yard and just enjoyed the view. The house was clean and pretty … everything we needed . Great place to recover !
